All prices are per double room or suite/junior suite per day for two people (except for single rooms in the oak category). They contain the Rössle inclusive services. We charge an additional € 15.00 per day for dogs. Offer is open. 

On weekends we can only accept reservations for 2 nights or more. 
Special prices apply for Christmas and New Year's Eve.

We reserve to right to correct any errors and omissions before confirming representations or offers made. The floor plans are examples of individual rooms and may deviate from the actual rooms allocated to guests.

The beds in the RÖSSLE have the following dimensions: in the single room 0.90 x 2.00 m, in the double room 1.80 x 2.00 m. In some rooms we can offer our guests beds in 2.20 m extra length.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 

In case of cancellation we charge cancellation fees from the agreed invoice amount as follows:

– until 14 days before arrival free of charge 
– from 14 days before arrival 40 %
– from 10 days before arrival 60 %
– from 5 days before arrival 80%

To protect you against all eventualities, we also recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
